Berliner & Company is a full-service accounting firm specializing in retail automotive management. Since 1972 we've provided automobile dealers with personalized service, helping them anticipate potential problems and avoid business management pitfalls, while steering them on a steady course to financial stability.

The principals have a combined 56 plus years of experience working with automobile dealers. Edward J. Berliner founded the firm in 1972 and has spent the last 46 years providing accounting services to the automotive industry. Mr. Berliner is also licensed in Hawaii.

Rudolph van Daalen Wetters has been a principal of the firm for thirty two years. Mr. van Daalen Wetters is also licensed in Nevada and Colorado.

Andy Slaman joined the firm as Tax Manager in 2007. Mr. Slaman became a principal of the firm in 2010.  He has had 36 years of public accounting experience including 24 years servicing automobile dealerships. He provides audit and tax services as well as dealership operational consulting.

We like to see ourselves as the eyes and ears of the owner in addressing reviews of the internal accounting controls to assure that the assets are safeguarded and accounting functions are performed accurately and in a timely manner. We are a nuts and bolts organization with a wealth of problem solving experience behind us.

The partners together with the staff, strive to provide services that will improve each dealership and enable the dealerships to provide a higher level of service to their customers.
